About
Biography
I first became interested in astrology in my early twenties as a tool for better understanding myself and those close to me. Observing friends, family and loved ones, I began to see where the astrological archetypes lined up with my lived reality. In my early thirties, I decided to leave behind a 17 year career in fashion, to pursue a path of deeper meaning. I immersed myself in the Toronto astrology community and began formally studying astrology, also embarking on my journey to becoming a registered psychotherapist. My experience as a psychotherapist allows me to better support my astrology clients and to work safely and effectively with the emotionally sensitive material that can often come up in sessions. Currently, I’m working on a double specialist bachelor of science in neuroscience and psychology at the University of Toronto, with the goal of conducting research into the neuropsychology of spiritual experiences.
Approach to readings
As an astrologer, I offer readings centered around life patterns and personality, forecasting as well as synastry and relationships. My background as a psychotherapist positions me well to support individuals with self-discovery, and my 7 years experience as a reader on the popular astrology app, Sanctuary has allowed me to hone in on my forecasting skills. In my psychotherapy practice, I take a spiritually-integrated approach to astrological psychotherapy. In these sessions, we can bring in astrological language and symbolism alongside other established modalities and evidence-based interventions. I will always work with your level of understanding of astrology and the ways in which it is relevant to your life.
